Returns or Exchanges
If you'd like to return or exchange your order you have the right to do so within 14 days from purchase date.
You have another 14 days to return the item - the item must be in a saleable condition (original packaging) with the labels / tags and hygiene sticker in place. The item must be unworn and unwashed. If items are returned without any of the aforementioned conditions Sūndar Swim has the right to refuse an item without a refund or exchange.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer free postage on returns as it is the customers responsibility to pay for the return. We highly recommend tracking your parcel as we are unable to refund or exchange without receiving the item. Items will be refunded or exchanged within 5 - 10 working days.
Cancellation of Orders
We accept cancellation of orders from the time when the order has been placed online until 14 days after the delivery of your goods. If your order has not yet shipped you will receive an immediate refund.
If you have received the goods you must NOT open the parcel. We are unable to accept your cancellation of order if the item is out of the packaging, has been worn, tags taken off or hygiene sticker removed. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we have the right to refuse a refund.
In order to cancel your order you will need to email help@sundarswim.com with your order number and details of purchase.
Once the cancellation of order has been made, you will be given an address to which you must send back the parcel within 14 days. We recommend using a tracked postage service and for you to hang onto your receipt until your returned funds have cleared. Sūndar Swim is not responsible for any returns parcels lost in transit and we advise using a trackable shipping service
The shipping cost for returning the item to Sūndar Swim is NOT covered or reimbursed by us.
Once the parcel is received by Sūndar Swim, your refund will be issued. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt and you will receive confirmation of your refund via email. Please note that refunds can only be issued back to your original payment method.
